James is an enthusiastic, energetic & motivational personal trainer with over 10 years experience in fitness & competitive sport. Since graduating from LJMU with an Honours Degree in Sports Science and Football, James has maintained an active interest in health, nutrition and the effects of physical activity on the human body. This passion has led to further study and successful completion of a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy through Premier Training International.
